Position Summary The Hospital Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day financial reporting operations and supporting senior leadership with reporting, and special projects. This role oversees the preparation of financial statements, budget performance reporting, and variance analysis, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across hospital systems. The position also supports grant and sponsored program financial management, compliance reporting, and system/process improvements to enhance financial operations. The ideal candidate brings strong research administration knowledge, a customer service mindset working with sponsors and the research community, and a high level of attention to detail . This role requires structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take full ownership end-to-end and follow through consistently. The successful candidate is a deep analytical thinker who can dig into issues rather than delegate prematurely, while maintaining a highly collaborative approach across departments and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance, financial reporting, grant administration, or related financial operations Schedule: Full-time- remote.
