Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Knowledge of basic math skills Proven experience in facilities maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal/plowing. Demonstrable experience and proficiency in using maintenance equipment and tools. Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. repeatedly throughout a shift, as required by the demands of the job (e.g., handling materials, moving equipment, manual labor). Must possess and maintain a clean and valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
