Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, UNC Charlotte, is recruiting a Benefits Manager to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a hybrid opportunity. About this role: This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of employee experience. As Benefits Manager, you will lead Leave of Absence (LOA) operations across the campus, ensuring compliance while also supporting employees through some of life's most critical moments. This role goes beyond administration-it's about balancing policy with empathy. You'll guide complex cases, influence cross-functional collaboration, and help shape how the benefits team supports its workforce. With direct oversight of a small team of two, and close partnership with the Benefits Director, this position offers both strategic visibility and hands-on leadership in a highly collaborative campus environment. Your Contribution Will Likely Include: LOA Operations (50%) Lead day-to-day leave of absence operations, including case management, consultation, and employee communication
