We are currently hiring for Assembly Operator/MIG Welder - 1st shift As anAssembly Operator/ MIG Welderat Regal Rexnord Cleveland, you will be responsible for manually assembling products according to specifications. Starting pay range of $16.00-$18.00/hour. Key Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: Entry Level Position. Specific Skills: Interpret and understand verbal and written directions. Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks. Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: Read and interpret blueprints. Mechanically inclined with good math skills. Use basic measuring devices, including tape measure, micrometers and calipers. Operate power shop equipment. Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal to moderate.
