Works collaboratively withNorthside Hospital Leadership toadminister and coordinate all operationsin order toachieve andmaintainclinical quality, financial viability,patientand visitor safety as well asservice excellence andcustomersatisfaction.Responsible for theday to dayoperations and supervision of the assigned Physician Practiceand all its employees.Responsible for the coordination of all practice services including but not limited to patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, nursing,any proceduresand/or other functions.Is responsible forensuring compliance with departmental operationalthrough-put goals. The job classifications of Practice Coordinator I, II, III share this common job description. The assignment of level is based on the score produced when scope data related to the physician practice.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

1. High school diploma, equivalent education (GED), post-secondary education.
2. Minimum of3yearsleadershipexperience inbusiness, nursing, or healthcare related field OR Bachelor's Degreein a related fieldand 1 yearof leadershipexperience in business,nursingor healthcare related field.
3. If LPNor RN, licensurerequired.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administrationor related field
2. Physician practiceor other ambulatory care settingmanagementexperience.
3. Computer knowledge experience with Microsoft OfficeSuite; Implementation and maintenance of an electronic medical record.
