Location Options: Remote; Must be willing to work PDT/PST hours, This is a program for Active-Duty Military Members, Hiring our Heroes (HOH) Fellows, or Military Spouse Employment Partners (MSEP) MSCAP Fellows only. * Hiring our Heroes Corporate and Military Spouse Fellows -please identify in your application* Global Medical Response (GMR) is proud to be an authorized provider of the DODSkillBridgeprogram, offering Service Members the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience in the medical response industry through training and internships. Under the SkillBridge program, GMR hosts active-duty U.S. Military members for skilled employment training during the final six months of their active-duty obligated service. The SkillBridge Program with GMR will run for up to 180-days. Job Description The Regional Clinical Safety Specialist reports to the Regional Manager of Clinical Safety and works closely with them to oversee clinical safety and riskmanagement initiatives within the organization's Safety Management System (SMS) and Collaborative Just Culture framework. This role focuses on creating and refining processes that support safe patient care while promoting a culture of learning, improvement, teamwork, and accountability. Utilizing industry best practices and regulatory standards, the specialist proactively identifies emerging risks and operational hazards, collaborates with teams across the organization to assess risks and develop tailored mitigation strategies, and fosters continuous improvement through effective incidentreporting processes. By engaging employees at all levels, the specialist ensures clinical safety procedures are understood and integrated into everyday operations to help prevent harm to both patients and clinicians.
