The Global Medical Director will provide medical leadership for medical affairs strategy, planning and supportive tactics for assigned therapeutic area.Under VP, Head of Neurology Global Medical Affairs, this role will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to develop and execute the medical affairs strategy and priorities, including short team as well as long term plans. Provide strategic development, planning, implementation, Scientific & Clinical competitive intelligence, and landscape analysis related to Alzheimer's Disease (AD), for both approved and pipeline assets. The Medical Director will utilize expert medical/scientific knowledge in AD area to provide strategic input for the development of product strategies and liaise with external and internal stakeholders and strengthen Eisai's medical reputation in the AD community. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
