Summary Sr Specialist, Training Design The Sr Specialist, Training Design is responsible for developing and implementing engaging learning and development materials that enhance learning and support effective knowledge transfer. This role collaborates with subject matter experts to design curricula and learning programs tailored to diverse audiences. By applying instructional design best practices and multimedia learning tools, the role ensures training content is accessible, effective, and aligned with company goals and expectations. Job Will Remain Open Until Filled Responsibilities The Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. Design instructional, engaging, and effective learning materials including curricula, multimedia presentations, interactive activities, job aids, playbooks, guides, instructor-led training, self-study materials, and eLearning courses Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Minimum Qualifications
