Highlights of the Surgical Tech Role - The Surgical Tech at Mass General Hospital plays an important role in the operating room and is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment, as well assists with the peri-operative care of patients. - They work closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure the smooth and efficient function of the operating room.
