Title:Enrollment Operations Assistant Division: Strategic Enrollment Management Department: Undergraduate Admissions FLSA Status:Non-Exempt Salary Range:Grade 7: $16.02/hour Position Summary The Enrollment Operations Assistant performs various functions within Undergraduate Admissions with emphasis on admission processing. This position is responsible for assisting with processing new applicants and new student enrollment data and actively collaborates with other university staff involved in various aspects of admissions and records processing, to ensure that related processes are completed in a timely manner. Duties/Responsibilities
Required Knowledge and Skills
Preferred Knowledge and Skills Associate degree or previous college coursework strongly preferred. Functional Requirements Remaining in a stationary position at a desk or workstation for extended periods of time for the majority of assigned duties. Regular Work Hours/Travel Requirements Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
