Your Tasks

  • Manage customer projects across EMC, RF/Wireless, and Product Safety testing from initiation to completion
  • Plan project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, laboratory, and operations teams to drive execution
  • Monitor project scope, risks, budgets, and deliverables using internal systems
  • Lead project kickoff activities, including requirements review and scope definition
  • Ensure timely delivery of test reports, certificates, and project documentation


Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, or laboratory operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working in customer-facing environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Preferred:

    • Experience in EMC, RF/Wireless, or Product Safety testing environments
    • Familiarity with regulatory testing (e.g., medical devices or wireless technologies)
    • Experience in testing, certification, or engineering services industries
