The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $115,805.29 - $178,161.98 per year. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. The MID Pharmacist oversees oral therapy pharmaceutical care plans, including initial patient evaluations, development of care plans, and ensuring treatment plans are carried out. Coordinates with clinical providers to ensure all aspects of pharmaceutical care are delivered in a safe and timely manner. Dispenses medications according to professional standards and practices. Prepares and maintains all necessary records on prescriptions, patient charges, and inventory. Serves as temporary leader in the absence of the Mgr, MID Pharmacy Services. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
