Description

The Vice President, Human Resources owns delivery. They convert enterprise people priorities into goals, roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability structures, and they own the results. They are a meaningful contributor to strategy through their proximity to the work, the data, and the workforce, and their primary role is to operationalize direction, drive execution discipline through their leaders, and hold the function accountable for outcomes that are felt by employees and visible to executive leadership. The role's center of gravity is Organizational Development. The VP, HR is expected to scale a high-functioning OD and L&D capability -including the design, build-out, and execution of Herzing's Human + AI workforce development infrastructure. The VP, HR provides direct leverage to the SVP, HR by owning execution, managing escalated and higher-risk matters, and building institutional capability and leadership readiness for the future of work - ensuring that strategic intent translates reliably into organizational reality and outcomes aligned to Herzing's mission and P.R.I.C.E. values. REQUIREMENTS:

Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
