We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Cybersecurity Partnerships & Solutions, Senior to support the development and expansion of our cybersecurity partnerships and solutions capability. This role will work closely with the Director, Cybersecurity Partnerships & Solutions to help build strategic technology alliances, support go-to-market initiatives, and contribute to the commercialization of cybersecurity solutions within our consulting practice.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of relationship management, cybersecurity knowledge, business development, and operational coordination skills. This role is well-suited for an individual who is interested in helping scale a growing cybersecurity alliances function while working across sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.

This position operates at the intersection of cybersecurity consulting, technology partnerships, and solution development, helping drive client value and strategic growth initiatives.

How you'll create opportunities in this Cybersecurity Partnerships & Solutions, Senior role:

Partnership Development & Alliance Support

  • Support the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of cybersecurity technology partners
  • Assist in managing relationships with strategic alliance partners and vendor representatives
  • Coordinate partner meetings, communications, and joint planning activities
  • Help track partnership performance, certifications, and program requirements
  • Support the execution of partner agreements, onboarding activities, and operational processes

Go-to-Market & Solution Enablement

  • Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity solution offerings aligned to partner technologies
  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives and marketing campaigns with alliance partners
  • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to position partner solutions with clients
  • Help develop sales enablement materials, solution overviews, and internal documentation
  • Participate in pipeline development and opportunity coordination activities

Business Development & Pipeline Support

  • Help identify opportunities to expand cybersecurity solution adoption within existing and prospective clients
  • Support partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline activities
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support proposal and opportunity development efforts
  • Assist with tracking pipeline, partnership metrics, and business development activities

Delivery & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with delivery teams to support implementation readiness for partner technologies
  • Assist with training, certification tracking, and partner program compliance activities
  • Help maintain solution documentation, playbooks, and operational processes
  • Support cross-functional coordination between cybersecurity, digital, sales, and operations teams

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work collaboratively across cybersecurity, digital, and growth teams
  • Contribute ideas to improve alliance operations, solution positioning, and go-to-market effectiveness
  • Stay current on cybersecurity market trends, emerging technologies, and partner ecosystems
  • Represent the cybersecurity partnerships function professionally with internal and external stakeholders

What you will need:

  • Five years of sales or business development experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity technologies and solution categories such as identity and access management, cloud security, endpoint protection, SIEM, MDR, or governance and compliance platforms preferred
  • Experience working with technology vendors, alliances, channel programs, or consulting organizations preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms preferred
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity product partnerships or technology alliances preferred
  • Exposure to reseller, channel, or managed services business models preferred
  • Experience supporting go-to-market or solution development initiatives preferred
  • Relevant cybersecurity or vendor certifications are a plus
