Litigation Associate
Steptoe LLP seeks an Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join the Firm's Washington, DC office, working primarily with our Consumer Litigation practice group on a range of commercial and class action disputes.
Qualified candidates will have 3-4 years of litigation experience and be familiar with practice in the District of Columbia and federal courts, as well as arbitration. Experience with class action, data privacy, and false claims litigation is a plus.
Associates should be prepared to assume significant responsibility for managing matters and to take on a front facing role with clients.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. District of Columbia bar membership, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing and analytical skills are required.

The anticipated salary range is $260,000-$310,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on the applicant's experience and qualifications, as well as other job related factors, including relevant skills, education, certifications or other professional licenses held.
