What You'll Do:
  • Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
  • Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
  • Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in Reading drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
  • 1+ years of computer experience in Microsoft Office, data entry, and email.
  • 1+ years of computer experience in SPC (Statistical Process Control).
What Sets You Apart:
  • 1+ years of manufacturing work experience.
  • Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
  • Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
  • Must be able to clearly read and write in English.
  • Good hand/eye coordination.
  • Demonstrated problem solving techniques.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs.
  • Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as necessary.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all employees assigned to this client must provide documentation verifying their status as a 'U.S. Person', as defined in ITAR clause 120.15.   • Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
  • Must be willing to work in a clean room environment will PPE.
  • Ability to wear necessary PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
  • Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Work 12-hour, compressed work week schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
