In this role, you will support cash management, banking, M&A integrations, and treasury transformation initiatives. You will help improve visibility, strengthen controls, and execute key treasury priorities.

This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will need to meet deadlines, follow policies and procedures, and turn complex information into clear recommendations. Success in this position also requires strong project management skills and effective cross-functional partnership to move work from planning through execution.

This is a hybrid position that is primarily remote; however, periodic travel will be required several times a year for in-person meetings, training, or team collaboration.

What You'll Do:

  • Support daily cash positioning and short-term cash forecasting; analyze variances and drivers
  • Execute and document treasury transactions, including funding movements, FX trades, and short-term investments
  • Administer bank portal user access and bank account management such as account opening, signatory and approval maintenance
  • Support bank relationship management, including service implementation, issue resolution, and bank fee analysis
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, AP, Legal, and other teams on treasury initiatives and process improvements, including automation and controls
  • Develop analyses, recommendations, and decision support materials related to cash management, banking relationships, liquidity structures, and treasury priorities
  • Evaluate treasury processes, risks, and control opportunities, and recommend improvements that increase visibility, efficiency, and scalability

What We're Looking For:

  • Strategic thinking and judgment: connects analysis to business priorities and brings clear recommendations
  • Project leadership: plans effectively, follows through, and keeps stakeholders aligned
  • Ownership and execution: takes initiative, works independently, and delivers accurate work
  • Prioritization: manages competing deadlines and multiple workstreams with attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking: identifies issues, assesses impact, and recommends practical solutions
  • Communication and stakeholder management: communicates clearly with internal teams and banking partners
  • Learning mindset: asks questions, seeks feedback, and adapts quickly

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related business field
  • 3+ years of corporate treasury experience; candidates with strong project delivery scope may be considered for a more senior level
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to travel several times a year

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CTP certification or MBA
  • Project management experience, including process improvement, automation, system implementations, or TMS Kyriba
  • Experience supporting M&A integrations (banking, cash setup, controls)
