About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator role supports the organization's overall success by helping drive efficient operations and contributing to profitable growth through the sale and distribution of high-quality beverages and customer-focused marketing initiatives.


  • Prepare for and conduct new employee orientations, both in person and virtually
  • Manage the partnership with an external vendor for all DOT-related compliance, including employee files, random drug screens, federal medical exams, and other regulatory requirements
  • Provide HR guidance and support to supervisors and managers
  • Serve as a backup to recruiters by assisting with phone screens, interview scheduling, pre-employment physicals, and motor vehicle record (MVR) checks.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel and medical files
  • Assist with leave management, including form administration and employee communication
  • Process employee status changes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Act as backup to the HR Manager for reporting workplace injuries to the workers' compensation insurance provider
  • Support wage and benefits surveys and contribute to special projects that enhance HR services and operations

What We're Looking for



  • 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Highly desired experience in managing the partnership with external vendors for ALL DOT-related compliance, including employee files, random drug screens, federal medical exams, and other regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools (ADP, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Valid driver's license
