Job Title: Senior Engineer, New Product Introduction (Injection Molding)Job Description: The Role: Our growing site in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our NPI team, specialized in molding/injection molding processes. The new hire in this role will play a crucial part in successfully transitioning new, tight-tolerance products from design to high-volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scientific Injection Molding, with a focus on producing components for the semiconductor industry. They will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for scientific injection molding supporting the APS division - Microenvironments Products include cleanroom product platforms. This role bridges NPD and Manufacturing execution, ensuring Molding processes are scientifically defined, transferable and capable of meeting stringent Semiconductor quality include VOC and cleanliness requirements. The position partners closely with NPD / R&D, Materials Engineering, Tool Design, and Operations to enable robust launches and stable high volume production using data driven, Scientific Injection Molding methodologies. The APS division focuses on providing the purity necessary to create advanced materials by integrated device makers (IDMs), original equipment makers (OEMs), and wafer growers in the semiconductor industry.
