Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for creator relations and social commerce? We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to step into a pivotal role, where you will directly influence the success of our brand's cutting-edge social shopping initiatives and creator programs. This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact, shaping how our brand engages with a vast network of creators and amplifies content across platforms. Your contributions will be central to driving innovation, expanding our reach, and connecting with audiences in authentic and exciting ways.

**What you'll do:**

* Drive the day-to-day management of our newly launched social commerce initiative, focusing on affiliate creator campaigns in partnership with the PR team.

* Support the overall campaign calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment on strategy, product integration, launch timing, execution, amplification, and timely reporting.

* Lead end-to-end creator campaign execution, from developing timely briefs for the social commerce platform and casting 50-200 creators from a pool of 300-400+ prospects, to managing sample approvals, tracking content, and facilitating internal amplification.

* Oversee the management of 12+ creator campaigns across the brand's portfolio.

* Vet and onboard creators, manage sample approvals in collaboration with fulfillment, track budgets (including a $200K+ sample budget), share real-time content, and collaborate with the platform's team for strategic optimization.

* Facilitate content clipping and management, handling 200-300 videos per campaign, totaling approximately 3,600 videos annually.

* Troubleshoot and manage communications for 200+ creators per campaign moment.

* Support the social commerce live strategy, contributing to the overall live calendar, sourcing and vetting creators for live events (including contracting and execution), and collaborating with creative and social teams for all live productions, developing content cadences, briefs, and product integration.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social media, brand strategy, paid media, digital) to identify top-performing content for amplification across various channels, including overseeing weekly alignment meetings.

* Generate weekly performance reports for creator initiatives on the social commerce platform, analyzing top creators, products, and metrics against KPIs, and disseminate insights to key stakeholders.

* Monitor trends and developments within the social commerce landscape, providing strategic recommendations to maintain innovative and best-in-class execution.

* Support budget management for various initiatives.

* Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment, fostering a positive team experience.

* Stay on the pulse of emerging cultural moments, platform trends, and core demographic behaviors, applying findings to real-time social commerce opportunities.

* Support the brand's growing Creator Program under the PR Specialist, driving day-to-day management, including vetting and content approval for new members.

* Assist in sorting through creator content and sharing with appropriate internal partners for marketing amplification.

* Support overall calendar management for program initiatives, tasks, sampling, and budget.

* Partner on weekly reporting and timely recapping for creator programs.

* Aid in planning and executing engagement opportunities for the brand Creator program, including onsite events, brand activations, and focus group coordination.

* Manage large-scale influencer campaigns (700-1,000+ creators), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and content requirements are met at volume.

* Oversee creator onboarding, communications, and troubleshooting to maintain high participation and content quality across campaigns.

* Track and optimize influencer content for SEO and GEO impact, including keyword usage, local relevance, backlink attribution, and indexed content performance.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging, search priorities, and geographic targeting strategies.

* Vet creator submissions at scale to confirm platform compliance, keyword inclusion, tagging, and posting accuracy.

* Assist with campaign reporting by aggregating creator metrics (links, locations, content types) to support search visibility and discoverability goals.
