You'll be instrumental in leading complex projects, influencing strategic direction, and fostering an inclusive environment where innovative marketing thrives.

**What you'll do:**

* Serve as a thought leader and expert in marketing, developing best practices for advertising and aligning strategic efforts across broader marketing initiatives.

* Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to define project strategies and objectives, spearheading initiatives for lead generation, customer advocacy, and developing new virtual and physical experiences.

* 5 years + of experience, managing relationships for media planning and collaborating with global teams to scale strategies effectively.

* Develop and implement pioneering marketing communications strategies to achieve widespread media and public amplification.

* Oversee data analysis and insight development to identify new marketing opportunities and deepen audience understanding.

* Lead and engage with multiple large and complex media agencies, prioritizing workflow to elevate their day-to-day contributions.

* Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business results, overseeing content positioning and marketing programs to boost awareness and engagement across various digital channels.

* Lead efforts to analyze, track, and report on campaign and project ROI using predetermined metrics and project management systems, collaborating closely with sales leadership to maximize campaign impact.

* Promote, nurture, and manage external relationships with vendors for events and activations, including registration, AV planning, gifting, and speaker agents.

* Enhance comprehensive internal and external promotion plans to maximize awareness and lead generation for projects, utilizing digital tools and collaborating with growth, content, and design teams.

* Cultivate effective partnerships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality content and campaigns for media and social channels, reflecting the brand's voice and identity.

* Oversee the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation, and measurement strategies.

* Champion an inclusive environment, promoting psychological safety, respecting cultural norms, and actively mitigating biases to foster diverse perspectives and collaboration.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated experience providing broad strategic direction and leading complex cross-functional marketing campaigns.

* Proven ability to drive marketing strategy development to increase brand awareness.

* Expertise in media placement, social media, and influencer marketing.

* Strong communication skills, including deal negotiation.

* In-depth understanding of consumer behavior.

* Exceptional project management skills with a focus on growth and creativity.

* Proficiency in media strategy and data analysis & synthesis.

* Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and promoting psychological safety within teams.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience serving as a regional expert or "go-to" person in marketing.

* Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.

* Experience in developing new virtual and physical marketing experiences.
