As a Senior Operations Manager within Water Operations, you will lead three teams including Water Manufacturing, Water Buyer/Planning, and Water Supply Quality Engineering. You'll oversee daytoday operations, develop and engage a highperforming team, and keep work aligned with business priorities. The role also serves as a project lead for strategic initiatives, partnering crossfunctionally to improve performance, manage costs, and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop multiple Water Operations teams, fostering strong engagement and effective situational leadership Plan and organize work to ensure staffing, quality, timelines, and customer commitments are met Act as Project Manager/Project Lead for strategic, crossfunctional initiatives within Water Operations Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities using data and performance metrics Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to manage OPEX, budgets, and costsavings initiatives Address escalated or complex issues and proactively remove obstacles Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate efforts and resolve issues Prepare reports and analyses to communicate performance, risks, and progress to leadership Collaborate with and manage priorities of engineering allocations from our corporate engineering team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 5-7+ years of people leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply environments Proven experience leading crossfunctional projects and teams Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost initiatives Excellent communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills Customerfocused mindset with solid operational and business judgment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant business systems
