69018 The Facility Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining a culture grounded in an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental compliance. This leader will champion a zero-injury mindset by driving the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of critical safety programs-including Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) prevention-while ensuring all EHS processes and practices meet the highest standards. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on proactively identifying, eliminating, and controlling hazards to protect employees, assets, and the environment. By leveraging best practices, data-driven analysis, and behavior-based safety principles, the EHS Lead will inspire engagement at every level of the organization and help build a world-class safety culture. As a key member of the site leadership (steering) team, the EHS Lead acts as a trusted advisor, subject matter expert, and coach-partnering across the business to solve complex safety challenges, drive innovation in hazard identification, and elevate overall site capability. Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite role based at a manufacturing facility, working Monday-Friday. Occasional domestic travel (up to 10%) may be required.
