Join Our Team as a Clinic Operations Supervisor!

Are you ready to take on a supervisory role where you can independently coordinate and direct complex and specialized clinic operations? We are looking for a dedicated professional to optimize our clinic support service workflow and lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Independently coordinate and direct clinic operational duties and staff
  • Optimize clinic support service workflow
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of support processes and procedures in a clinical department
  • Assist in formulating strategies for quality monitoring and improvement
  • Manage hiring and disciplinary processes in conjunction with the department manager
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations
  • Actively participate on the Clinic Management Team

Required qualifications:



  • 5 years Front office experience in a medical clinic setting, with lead or supervisory experience


Preferred qualifications:



  • 2 years of prior supervisory experience
