Administrative Assistant

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support our Denver, CO office (Zip Code - 80112). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized, supporting a busy team, and contributing to a positive, efficient office environment.

Pay Range: $18-$22/hr. DOE

What You'll Do:

• Provide general administrative support to the Division Controller and Accounting Team

• Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence

• Maintain databases and update compliance records

• Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation

• Process expense reports, support travel arrangements, and reconcile PCard purchases

• Serve as a point of contact for district staff and local municipalities

• Handle routine office tasks such as answering phones, filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a corporate environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel; PowerPoint a plus)

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fastpaced setting

• Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative mindset
