The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$40,300.00 - $60,500.00

Purpose Statement:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Specialists and will play a critical role in ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will coordinate interview scheduling, help maintain Talent Acquisition systems and other admin support as needed to help attract top talent to Plexus.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating any candidate travel accommodations.

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely follow ups and maintaining a professional and positive experience for candidates interviewing at Plexus.

  • Plexus interview training coordination and lead training as needed.

  • Audit Plexus' Workday Recruiting system to ensure compliance and data integrity.

  • Process Talent Acquisition related invoices to ensure they hit the appropriate cost centers.

  • Manage select vendor relationships on an as needed basis.

  • Talent Acquisition system and administrative support.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • An Associate's Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

  • Previous marketing and HR related experience is highly desirable.

Other Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Strong Collaboration with business partners with good communication skills

  • Intermediate computer skills, dependent upon job level.

  • Intermediate decision making and problem solving skills, dependent upon job level.

  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.

  • General office equipment and materials.

Physical Requirements:

  • Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
