We are hiring a Marketing Communications Strategist!

The Content Strategist is a strategic leader responsible for developing, governing, and evolving an integrated content strategy that advances the company's brand narrative, marketing priorities, and business objectives across product categories and audience segments.

This role serves as a connective layer between Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, and cross-functional stakeholders, translating business and customer insights into clear messaging frameworks, strategic briefs, and high-impact content ecosystems. The Content Strategist blends editorial excellence with strategic rigor, ensuring content is insight-driven, measurable, and consistently executed across channels.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the enterprise content strategy, including content pillars, thematic architecture, messaging hierarchy, and audience segmentation insights.
* Translate business priorities, product objectives, and customer insights into clear, actionable strategic briefs.
* Establish strategic frameworks, briefing standards, and campaign planning processes.
* Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging priorities and go-to-market strategies.
* Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify optimization and repurposing opportunities.
* Create and govern brand messaging frameworks and narrative guidelines.
* Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and positioning across channels.
* Provide editorial leadership and strategic direction to writers and creative partners.
* Develop messaging roadmaps for priority initiatives.
* Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership on communication strategy and audience behavior.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Creative, and Channel teams.
* Lead strategic briefings with creative and digital teams.
* Present strategies and insights to senior and executive stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of strategic thinking and collaboration.
* Inform planning using SEO, keyword research, and channel insights.
* Tailor content to best practices across web, email, social, video, events, and paid media.
* Lead content repurposing strategies.
* Define content KPIs and success criteria.
* Oversee performance reporting and insights.
* Analyze engagement, conversions, and pipeline influence.
* Facilitate content reviews and retrospectives.
* Optimize content workflows and briefing processes.
* Provide guidance to writers, designers, and multimedia partners.
* Support hands-on content development as needed.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in content strategy or marketing communications.
* Proven success developing content strategies for complex initiatives.
* Strong editorial judgment and strategic storytelling skills.
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
* Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience in B2B, technology, healthcare, financial services, or regulated industries.
* Familiarity with CMS, DAM, and project management tools.
* Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Power BI, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
* Understanding of video, social, and multimedia content.
* Master's degree preferred.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $120,000 - $125,000, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
