Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. We are seeking aRecruiting CoordinatorinDenver, CO, to support and enhance our talent acquisition efforts in the US. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Americas, this role will play a critical part in our recruiting operations while also contributing to full-cycle recruiting efforts, particularly for early career talent and our early career programs.



Key Responsibilities:


Recruiting Coordination & New Hire Onboarding



  • Coordinate and schedule/re-schedule virtual and on-site interviews while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Manage interview logistics, including greeting candidates upon arrival, providing tours, and ensuring all interview materials are prepared and ready
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements (air, hotel, etc.) as needed
  • Process candidate expense reimbursements and employee referrals
  • Assist with the new hires relocation process, including initiating relocation requests and ensuring accurate entry and tracking
  • Drive and manage the new hire onboarding process, including background checks, drug screenings, and documentation collection


Early Career Hiring & Talent Pipeline



  • Source and engage early-career and entry-level candidates for our early-career programs, internships, and other positions as needed
  • Support campus recruiting initiatives, employer branding efforts, and career fairs
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance with recruiting SLAs (e.g., time-to-fill)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to support the end-to-end hiring process for early career talent
  • Assist with offer coordination, including compiling relevant details such as compensation, start dates, and other logistics


  • Coordinate and lead Welcome Week for early career programs, including orientation, networking events, and speaker sessions



Projects & Collaboration



  • Partner with HR Business Partners, business stakeholders, compensation, and benefits teams as needed
  • Assist with special projects, research, and continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition
  • Facilitate and lead quarterly new hire orientation sessions for Corporate HR

Requirements and Preferred Skills

ABOUT YOU



  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 1+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting coordination experience preferred)


  • Strong sense of urgency with excellent follow-through
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for teamwork, collaboration, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • Ability to work in-office
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

PAY & BENEFITS



  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $63,000 - $70,000
  • Not Bonus Eligible
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
