Your ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chief Operating Officer and sitting on the Factory Steering Committee, you will lead the entire sourcing, procurement, planning and warehousing scope of the site. Your mission is to drive operational efficiency, product quality, working capital optimization and financial performance. Concretely, you will:
You report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the site and you are a full member of the Factory Steering Committee, alongside Production, Quality, Engineering, HR and Finance leaders. You manage a multidisciplinary team covering procurement, planning and warehouse operations, and you work hand-in-hand with the Group Sourcing Team and the sister TLD factories worldwide.
