TSC is seeking aProduction SchedulerinHuntsville, AL

Key Responsibilities
* Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity constraints
* Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are achievable and aligned with operational goals
* Monitor work-in-progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend adjustments as needed
* Communicate schedule changes to all relevant departments in a timely and clear manner
* Collaborate with procurement to ensure material availability and resolve shortages
* Track performance metrics such as on-time delivery, throughput, and schedule adherence
* Assist with planning improvements, process optimization, and production forecasting
* Maintain accurate system data, including manufacturing orders, lead times, and capacity planning.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or related operations roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools. (Costpoint and Aegis Factory Logix are a plus.)
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred (Not Required)
* Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
* Advanced proficiency with Excel, Project, or data analysis tools
