KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in SAP Supply Chain (Transportation Management and Warehouse Management) to join our Consulting practice. Responsibilities:* Support client engagements and workstreams focused on supply chain, transportation, and warehouse/distribution process improvements. Assist in the design and implementation of SAP supply chain solutions, with exposure to SAP TM, SAP WMS/EWM, or related logistics systems. * Contribute to day-to-day project execution, collaborating with highly skilled KPMG and client teams across the project lifecycle (assessment, design, build, test, deploy). * Assist with current-state and future-state process analysis, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across transportation and warehouse operations. Help translate operational improvements into financial and CFO-relevant metrics, including cost reduction, productivity gains, service-level improvements, and cash-flow impact. * Participate in design workshops, solution walk-throughs, and demonstrations for internal stakeholders and clients. * Assist leadership with proposal development, business case support, and business development activities, leveraging established or emerging client relationships. * Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams, functional and technical resources, and cross-functional SAP workstreams. * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and inclusive work environment. Qualifications:* Minimum of three years of recent experience in transportation management and/or warehouse/distribution operations, in industry and/or consulting. * Exposure to or hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM), SAP WMS, and/or SAP EWM in support or implementation roles. Understanding of transportation planning, freight optimization, carrier collaboration, warehouse execution, or inventory management processes preferred. * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Operations Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field. * Ability and willingness to learn and develop technical SAP skills, including system configuration analysis, solution design support, and demo development. * Experience supporting or participating in process design workshops and client-facing discussions. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to travel as required. * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
