POSITION SUMMARY

Layered Extended Security Operations (LEXSO) is Constellis' advanced multi-sensor integration platform, purpose-built to deliver real-time situational awareness and operational automation. By integrating leading-edge sensors, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-driven analytics, LEXSO enables responses at the speed of sensing to protect critical infrastructure, bases of operations, and high-value assets worldwide.

This Senior Financial Analyst is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of finance and transformative technology. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple service teams, influence strategic decisions presented to senior leadership (Director and VP level), and establish the financial infrastructure for a new commercial business segment.

We are looking for a proven finance leader who can operate independently in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines deep financial modeling expertise with strategic thinking, strong cross-organizational influence, and the ability to translate complex AI business dynamics into clear financial narratives. You should be energized by building from the ground up, comfortable challenging assumptions, and passionate about shaping the financial future of LEXSO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for LEXSO, covering both SaaS and consumption-based revenue
  • Lead month-end close and financial reporting for LEXSO, ensuring ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition, subscription accounting, deferred revenue schedules, and accurate P&L attribution
  • Lead monthly business reviews and operating plan cycles; synthesize cross-functional inputs into a coherent financial narrative for VP-level leadership
  • Build and maintain complex, scenario-based financial models capturing unit economics unique to AI workloads (inference cost, token throughput, compute utilization)
  • Serve as subject-matter expert on software-specific accounting policies, internal controls, and audit support for external auditors and compliance requests.
  • Partner with Sales and Product to model commercial deal structures, enterprise pricing tiers, and consumption-based rate cards with clear margin guardrails
  • Evaluate new product and feature investments: build business cases, size total addressable market, and quantify risk/opportunity for executive decision-making
  • Support private pricing negotiations by providing financial analysis that protects gross margin while enabling top-line growth
  • Partner with Engineering to model cloud and compute infrastructure costs; identify and quantify optimization opportunities across AI inference and training workloads
  • Develop unit-cost frameworks tracking cost-per-query, cost-per-token, or cost-per-seat across AI architectures and deployment models
  • Drive automation of financial reporting workflows to reduce cycle time and increase data reliability
  • Serve as primary finance business partner to Product/Engineering, and Executive Leadership; proactively surface financial implications of strategic decisions
  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc business reviews
  • Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role at a commercial software or technology company
  • Demonstrated experience with SaaS or consumption-based revenue models (ARR, NRR, churn, gross margin)
  • Experience supporting or partnering with an AI, ML, or cloud infrastructure business unit
  • Proven understanding of commercial software/technology accounting practices
  • Strong financial modeling skills; expert-level Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Adaptive or comparable planning tools, demonstrated experience with Deltek Costpoint and IBM Cognos
  • Track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven analysis and clear communication to senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field
  • Preferred qualifications:

    • MBA, CFA, or CPA
    • Proficiency in SQL; comfort querying large datasets to build and validate financial models independently
    • Prior exposure to enterprise deal pricing, private pricing structures, or go-to-market finance
