Job Description:
Position : Workday Analyst

Location : Mclean, VA / Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $35/hr - $37/hr on W2

Role Summary

This role is part of a systems-focused team supporting business operations, with a strong emphasis on Workday and Kanos platforms. The individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities include gathering and writing detailed business requirements, collaborating closely with technology teams to prioritize and implement solutions, and representing the voice of the business throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves active participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining comprehensive and well-structured documentation, and supporting biannual regression testing cycles.

We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
