We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join us at our US Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC. We are also open to remote candidates but the employee most be located and remain in EST. The Marketing Automation Specialist serves a dual function combining global marketing automation enablement with regional North America campaign execution. The role focuses on building and scaling automation capabilities by translating global strategies into automated customer journeys and Hubspot workflows, lead-nurturing programs, and performance-driven campaigns. It also plays a key part in executing and optimizing demand-generation campaign initiatives across North America (NA). Key Responsibilities: Global Automation Enablement
- Translate global marketing strategies into HubSpot workflows, nurturing programs, and scalable audience segmentation
- Support the implementation ofglobal automation frameworks by building customer journeys, lifecycle stages and lead-scoring models in HubSpot
- Serve as the automation subject-matter expert for cross regional teams
- Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows and support Salesforce integration in alignment with global systems and standards
- Ensure data quality and segmentation integrity across all automation and lead-flow processes
- Build and refine lead-scoring models to improve funnel progression and sales handoff
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize automation effectiveness across defined customer journeys
- Troubleshoot automation, data flow and integration issues to maintain system reliability and data flow accuracy
North America Campaign Execution
- Execute global and regional campaigns in North America (NA), adapting audience segmentation and deployment strategies to local market needs
- Run and optimize email and lead nurturing programs to drive engagement and conversion
- Support NA demand generation through campaign execution, performance tracking and continuous optimization
- Collaborate with sales and market segment managers to strengthen pipeline contribution and accelerate revenue impact
- Support execution of webinars, digital events, including virtual events, digital campaigns and other field-marketing initiatives
- Lead content and event planning using Monday.com to manage content calendars, social media, webinars and virtual events
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing automation/CRM/digital marketing operations
- Strong hands-on expertise with Hubspot (required), Salesforce (preferred).
- Experience with Hubspot lead scoring frameworks, including scoring models, defining behavioural and demographic criteria, and optimizing thresholds to improve MQL/SQL conversion
- Proven ability to design and build automated workflows for lead nurturing programs
- Experience with omnichannel marketing campaigns and digital engagement strategies
- Strong analytical skills and performance optimization experience
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics), project management tools (e.g Monday.com) and design tools (e.g Canva)
- Experience working in a global matrix organization
