Nationality Requirements Due to the nature of the programs we support, certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance. Position Summary This role exists to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operations by leading a high-performing maintenance team focused on maximizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency.The Maintenance Supervisor drives preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, rapidly resolves equipment issues, and ensures all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems operate at peak performance. This role partners closely with operations to align maintenance activities with production needs while minimizing downtime. A core focus is building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement-ensuring strict compliance with safety standards and promoting proactive risk management. The role also oversees maintenance planning, spare parts readiness, cost control, and accurate documentation to support data-driven decision-making. Through hands-on leadership, training, and development, this position strengthens team capability and transforms maintenance into a strategic function that protects assets, improves reliability, and sustains operational excellence.
