Job Overview We are seeking *Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives* to join a fast-paced, high-energy call center environment. This role serves as the *first point of contact for policyholders*, providing support with insurance-related inquiries while delivering a positive, empathetic customer experience.
This is a *temp-to-perm opportunity* with long-term potential based on performance. Training & Work Schedule * *Training:* 100% onsite for 7-8 weeks * *Training Schedule:* 5 days per week, 40 hours per week * *Ongoing Schedule:* Full-time, 40 hours/week * *Hours of Operation:* Between *7:30 AM - 6:00 PM CT* * Must be able to work various shifts within this time window Key Responsibilities * Provide customer service support to policyholders regarding insurance products * Answer incoming calls and respond to policy and claim-related inquiries * Handle claims service and intake requests * Provide detailed information on policy status and coverage * Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting related to self-service tools * Transfer eligible calls to the sales team when appropriate * Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, handle time, and after-call work * Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, problem-solving, and ownership in all interactions * Participate in process improvements and support organizational goals * Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications * *Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)* * *2+ years of total call center experience* * *Recent call center experience (within the last 2 years)* * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong computer skills and comfort using multiple systems * Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or stressful situations * Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills * Ability to clearly explain detailed information in a simple, customer-friendly manner Preferred Qualifications * Prior customer service or contact center experience * Familiarity with insurance products or policy schedules * Flexible schedule availability Work Environment * Fully *onsite* role in Phoenix, Arizona * Call center environment * Professional, customer-focused setting * Opportunity for *permanent employment* based on performance *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
