Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Medical, General Surgery, Oncology Job Ref: 34163 Category: Nursing Location: 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: Adult Medical/Surgical/Orthopedic/Oncology Schedule: Part Time Shift: Day/Eve shift Hours: 7-7p Pay Range: $35.01 - $68.65 per hour Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical, General Surgery, and Oncology unit. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital environment. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduate nurses and experienced RNs looking to grow in med-surg, telemetry, or oncology nursing. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) Deliver safe, effective, and individualized care to adult patients across medical, surgical, and oncology specialties Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care plans Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and health management Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Ensure patient safety and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Preferred Experience Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Orthopedics, or Oncology nursing Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced acute care setting Key Skills & Competencies Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively High level of organization and attention to detail Commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Why Join Us?
