Job Description

Farm Family Insurance is seeking a Claims Technical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage the acquisition and sale of vehicles and commercial/agricultural equipment deemed to be total losses, as well as identify and handle property salvage opportunities.

Familiarity with vehicle titling processes, automotive components and terminology, and general equipment is strongly beneficial for success in this position.

This is a high-volume position requiring strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

This is a 100%in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients and tow yards or shops to releasing vehicles for pickup.
  • Contact clients to obtain legal documents/transferable title paperwork to process for transfer of ownership of the vehicle
  • Maintain strict compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Coordinate sale of salvage vehicles and equipment
  • Recover monies owed

Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One-year minimum, professional work experience
  • Ability to successfully operate in a deadline driven/accuracy focused environment

Salary range is $34680 - $55896
