Real Estate Finance Paralegal

A nationally recognized, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its Washington, DC office. This is a high-impact role within a well-established real estate finance practice, suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to manage complex, multi-property transactions from inception through closing.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and assemble closing documentation for multi-property transactions
• Manage large deal files across the full transaction lifecycle
• Draft loan and assignment documents
• Assist with loan servicing memoranda
• Conduct due diligence review, including organizational charts and corporate documents
• Coordinate with title companies and review title, survey, and zoning documents
• Oversee closing and post-closing logistics, including the preparation of closing binders
• Prepare UCC Financing Statements
