Description Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pediatrics team in Longview, TX. This role is focused on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to newborns through adolescents in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pediatrics or family medicine with a strong pediatric patient base and be comfortable managing a wide range of pediatric conditions. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient pediatric care for patients from newborn through adolescence Conduct well-child visits, developmental screenings, and routine immunizations Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic pediatric conditions Educate parents and caregivers on growth, development, nutrition, and preventive care Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care Qualifications Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant National certification (PNCB, AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Previous experience in pediatrics OR family medicine with pediatric patients required Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Outpatient only - no nights, weekends, or call Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
