Facilities Maintenance Lead (WAPA) 3607 WHO WE ARE TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. BEING A FACILITIES MAINTENANCE LEAD : We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Lead to perform a variety of custodial and grounds maintenance duties on a federal facility, according to contractual specifications. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain site access, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant. Two (2) years of related working experience is required. This position requires Driving - Must be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver's License and a 39-month clean driving record.
