ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring team performance metrics, conducting regular evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Assists with all phases of the hiring process to include workflow analysis, hiring, and conducts interviews.

  • Conducts performance reviews and manages performance of Loan Assistant Team Leads and/or Loan Assistants through collaboration with Bankers to ensure Loan Assistant Team Leads and/or Loan Assistants are providing necessary support for optimum efficiency.

  • You will address escalated issues, facilitate problem-solving, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

  • A strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction will be essential as you work to optimize the loan application process and streamline communication between stakeholders.

SKILLS NECESSARY

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree or additional course work in banking, finance or lending is an asset.

  • Experience:

    • 7-10 years of banking experience required.

    • 2 or more years of leadership experience required.

    • 7-10 years as a Loan Assistant or comparable experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position could be in a cubicle or private office environment that may be loud throughout the day.If applicable telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology are delivered.

TRAVEL

Travel may be required to meet with lender and/or client meetings as needed.In addition, travel may be required to attend all hands meetings, career development, site visits, acquisition/merger support, etc.
