Torch Technologies, Inc is looking for an Entry-Level Contract Closeout/De-obligation Administrator.

As a Entry-Level Contract Closeout/De-obligation Administrator your duties will include but are too limited to the following:

  • Working contract closeouts and de-obligations to ensure that all FAR requirements are met.
  • Prepare and maintain paperwork for all contract closeouts and de-obligations.
  • Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding contract closeout and de-obligation status,
  • Coordinate de-obligations of funding.

Job Requirements:

  • US Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of contracting experience.
  • This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • An ideal candidate should have experience in contract administration and knowledge of processing contract closeouts for a variety of contract types and customers.
  • Employee must have good communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to coordinate easily with other back-office departments including Program Control and Accounting and Subcontracts.

Schedule:M-F; 8-5

Work Location: Torch- site
