Supports the HR Service Center by completing general employee benefit related tasks, including monitoring and responding to employee benefit questions. Supports Employee Experience team on benefits related questions and ensures accurate and timely processing of benefit events and documentation. Serves as the first point of contact for benefits within the HR Service Center.
This is a seasonal role expected to last approximately 6 - 9 months.

What You Do.



  • Troubleshoots, solves or escalate appropriate Tier 1 inquiries through the inbox or case management system for benefit related inquiries.
  • Approve employee life events and upload supporting documentation in UKG.
  • Monitor open tasks in UKG Benefits and sends timely follow-up reminders.
  • Guide employees through the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) process with carriers.
  • Process Healthy Savings redemptions and promotional codes.
  • Create benefit letter requests, including coverage terminations and confirmations.
  • Track and coordinate benefits for married couples to ensure compliance and avoid duplication.
  • Attend New Hire Orientation sessions to train new employees on benefit offerings.
  • Distribute applicable tax forms and/or pay statements to former employees.
  • Provide administrative support for Total Rewards/HR initiatives and follow-up tasks.
  • Attend internal benefits and total rewards meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay informed on benefit plan changes and communicate updates to the HR Service Center team.


Your Education and Experience.



  • Associate's degree preferred and 1-2 years of relevant HR experience required.
