What It Takes to Crush It

• 1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical build experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You'll Be Cranking Out

• Assemble products based on customer specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documents
• Develop assembly plans and determine efficient procedures using experience and product knowledge
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies accurately
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, fit, and function standards are met
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production teams to meet deadlines
