What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience in a related field)
• Ability to participate in a rotational on-call schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills for warehouse/inventory management systems
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
• Ability to work at heights and near water when required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus
• Previous forklift or material handling equipment experience

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for shipment with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies as needed
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests, invoices, and orders
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records
• Select appropriate shipping methods based on item type and delivery requirements
• Resolve shipping issues such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance in coordination with internal teams
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
• Transport materials to various departments using carts, bins, and other equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned
