Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Minimum 1 year of operational warehouse/logistics experience
- Experience developing and executing shift plans
- Strong communication skills across frontline staff, management, and leadership teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Ability to work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong understanding of basic math and Excel formulas
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
- Proven ability to follow procedures and apply sound judgment consistently
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and employee backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
- Prior Workday experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 1-2 supervisors and up to 100 warehouse associates per shift
- Drive performance to meet and exceed productivity, quality, safety, and on-time shipping goals
- Partner with Operations Managers and support teams to achieve business objectives
- Adjust shift plans and labor allocation based on daily order volume and operational needs
- Foster a positive, safety-focused, and high-performance team culture
- Maintain open communication between shifts to ensure alignment and continuity
- Provide direction and support to supervisors, leads, and team members across departments
- Track attendance and approve employee timecards
- Coach, train, and retrain associates on labeling, packaging, and warehouse procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to meet operational goals
- Address employee relations issues and partner with HR to resolve conflicts
- Administer progressive discipline when necessary in a fair and consistent manner
- Reinforce company vision, mission, and operational priorities across the team
- Ensure safety compliance by promoting and modeling all safety standards and practices
- Support leads in real-time problem solving related to order accuracy and workflow issues
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor orders, track performance, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other managers, supervisors, and departments to ensure operational success
- Provide coverage outside of normal working hours as needed
