Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm, Mon - Fri (OT as needed)

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• 1+ years of Receiver experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent.
• Ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner to fellow team members and customers.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Close attention to detail and thoroughness in approach with all paperwork.
• Ability to work well with others, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and monitoring inbound deliveries.
• Receiving BOLs from all delivery drivers, verifying that the quantities match the Receiving Document.
• Creating and scanning receiving documents.
• Checking and recording the quantity of the merchandise for conformity to purchase orders and specifications.
• Logging and tracking all problems relating to receiving, contacting all parties involved to ensure each is aware of the problem.
• Reconciling purchase orders.
• Administering store invoices.
• Accurately inputting a high volume of data on various spreadsheets concerning incoming and outgoing merchandise in a timely manner.
• Recording and reporting shortages and discrepancies.
• Communicates efficiently and concisely over the phone, in person, and through e-mail to coordinate returns, rejections, and credits.
• Ensures friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
