The EASA Training Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of flight crew training within an Approved Training Organisation (ATO). This role ensures full compliance with EASA regulations (PartFCL and PartORA), maintains high instructional standards, and manages training personnel and programs to support safe, effective, and compliant flight operations.
