What this job involves:

The Program Manager for Space Data Audits serves as the central point of contact for JLL's comprehensive space auditing program supporting Amazon GREF's North American portfolio. This strategic role provides comprehensive project coordination and data validation services while overseeing a geographically distributed inspection team to ensure seamless delivery, consistency, and FMS (Facilities Management System) integrity across the entire 42 million square foot AMER portfolio through bi-annual systematic evaluations. You will coordinate bi-annual audit scheduling across all AMER locations, maintain comprehensive oversight of the four-stage audit process, and provide direct management of 10 Floorplan Audit Coordinators strategically positioned across the AMER portfolio. This role requires you to serve as primary liaison between the Floorplan Audit team and GREF stakeholders, drive systematic space data accuracy through proven methodologies, and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure complete bi-annual audit delivery across all locations while maintaining FMS integrity standards aligned with global JLL delivery excellence and Amazon operational requirements.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Coordinate bi-annual audit scheduling across all AMER locations through structured grid scheduling in alignment with EMEA and APAC regional audit cycles, maintaining comprehensive oversight of the four-stage audit process
  • Provide direct oversight and management of 10 Floorplan Audit Coordinators, conducting thorough performance tracking against established service level agreements and implementing comprehensive training programs on FMS systems and audit methodologies
  • Oversee systematic floor-by-floor facility evaluations that identify and document discrepancies between actual space configurations and FMS system records across the 42MM RSF portfolio
  • Serve as primary liaison between Floorplan Audit team and GREF stakeholders including Regional Portfolio Management, Global Portfolio Strategy & Planning, Workplace Design and Construction, Internal Services, and Global Corporate Procurement
  • Track and document audit completion rates, cycle times, and coverage metrics, developing and maintaining master project schedules showing audit timelines, resource allocation, and critical milestone tracking
  • Implement quality assurance protocols to verify accuracy of audit findings before submission to Occupancy Planning teams and SDMT, ensuring standardized SIM ticket submission protocols are followed
  • Provide regular performance reporting to AMER IFM Program Manager on audit completion status, discrepancy identification rates, and system update closure, preparing executive summary reports highlighting portfolio-wide trends
  • Drive immediate discrepancy identification protocols and ensure rapid resolution of system inconsistencies, monitoring service level agreement compliance for floorplan changes, FMS updates, and CAD updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or space planning operations
  • At least 5 years in program management or supervisory roles with direct reports
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale portfolio initiatives (20MM+ RSF preferred)
  • Proven track record implementing quality assurance programs and data integrity initiatives
  • Experience working with enterprise Facilities Management Systems and ensuring system accuracy
  • Background in audit program development, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Expert-level knowledge of Facilities Management Systems (FMS) including data structures, accuracy requirements, and system update protocols
  • Advanced proficiency in CAD software and PDF markup tools for floorplan review and discrepancy documentation
  • Strong project management capabilities including scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), or RPA (Real Property Administrator)
  • Experience managing teams across multiple geographic locations in AMER region
  • Previous work with technology sector clients or fast-paced corporate environments
  • Familiarity with bi-annual or cyclical audit methodologies and scheduling frameworks
  • Background in JLL Integrated Facilities Management operations or similar service provider environments
  • Experience supporting Amazon GREF or comparable global real estate organizations
  • Knowledge of EMEA and APAC regional audit coordination for global program alignment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis
  • Experience with CAFM/IWMS platforms (FMS or similar enterprise systems)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable design software
  • Ability to analyze portfolio-wide audit data to identify trends, systemic issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels
  • Performance management experience with ability to develop talent and drive team accountability.

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 - 159,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
